Privacy policy
How the Feature League handles personal data. Draft of 16 October 2026.
Who is the controller
Mgr. Karel Navrátil, attorney-at-law, Company ID 19839448, registered office Korunní 810/104, 101 00 Prague, Czech Republic, e-mail advokat@navratilkarel.com. Under Czech law; the Czech version of this policy prevails.
Chat with the agent
Messages you send to the AI agent go to the model provider to generate an answer: Anthropic Ireland, Limited (Claude), or Cloudflare, Inc. (Workers AI) when Claude is unavailable. I do not store them. Anthropic deletes them within 30 days and does not use them for training; under its Workers AI terms Cloudflare does not use them to train models either. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering your question (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Do not enter personal, sensitive or confidential data.
The contact card opens your own e-mail program. When you write to me, I process your e-mail and what you write to answer it and, if you ask for a legal service, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I keep correspondence for as long as needed, at most 3 years after the last contact unless it becomes part of a client file.
Hosting
The website runs on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data (IP address, browser) to deliver the site and protect it against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Browser storage
The site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. In your browser it stores only what it needs to work: the colour mode and grid settings (localStorage) and the conversation with the agent and recently opened pages (sessionStorage, deleted when you close the tab). Nothing of it leaves your device except the messages you send to the agent.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). Write to me at the e-mail above.
